OVERVIEW:
The Twilight is a lightweight backcountry palace, featuring a zipper-less door that serves as both a vestibule and gear storage area. This zipper-less door expands the tent's usable space and eliminates the risk of zipper failure in sandy and dusty conditions.
Although we rate the Twilight as a 3 person tent, the Twilight is much larger than the industry standard 3 person. It has more usable space than the Cimarron, and can easily sleep 4 with room for gear.
For added versatility, an optional Ground Floor/Low Liner system is available. This system minimizes the impact of ground moisture, provides a condensation barrier when sleeping close to the wall, and mitigates drafts from entering at the bottom of the tent. Additionally, the floor is compatible with a tent stove when using a fire mat.
The design of the Twilight 3p allows for multiple pole variations. It can be pitched using three trekking poles and a trekking pole hitch. The dual pole design increases headroom and allows for a dry line to be attached inside the tent.

PITCHING:
SEAM SEALING:
For best results we recommend seam-sealing your tent. You can do it at home or have us do it for you- To seal the shelter, pitch it normally and seal the outside seams.
- You can run a thin bead of sealant along the seam, press it in with a finger, and wipe away excess on a paper towel.
- Alternatively, you can use an acid brush from a hardware store to spread the sealant.
INFO ON HOT TENTS:
Temperature Rating- We use high temp silicone coated fiberglass material, rated to several thousand degrees, for the stove jack. The tent material never touches the hot pipe. If there are any pinholes from floating embers, they can be sealed with a small dab of silicone without damaging the shelter.
- Condensation may occur in single-wall shelters, but can be managed with liners and stoves. For more information, check out our tips on managing condensation.
- Carbon monoxide is not a concern in these shelters due to the peak vent and air flow from the zipper and sod skirt. If necessary, leave a door unzipped for more venting.
