The Badger is a comfortable size and the temp rating covers early season to mid/late season in the mountains depending on forecast.  This bag comes from Western Mountaineering's Microfiber series, meaning the outer material is a 20 denier with a hydrostatic head (waterproofness) rating of 2000 mm.  Microfiber is very waterproof for a sleeping bag material, and has great breathability.
