We just finished an interview with Matt from the Complete Guide to Archery, and talked about a number of things, including:

• Our company history, and our focus on lightweight and ultralight four season 
gear, and how it can take you to some of the harshest environments this
world has to offer;
• Our manufacturing process, and how we manufacture all our gear here in
Colorado;
• Our company culture, and how we get resumes from folks all over the
country; and, finally
• Gear! In particular, we talk about bowhunting gear, and how your
outdoor equipment—that is, the right pack, tent, and sleeping bag—can
make or break a trip. For a lot of new bowhunters, selecting gear can be
a real challenge, and as we’ve found, a lot of people will select the
wrong gear—and then think the great outdoors isn’t for them. We talk
about how to choose the right gear for your needs.
We also talked a little bit about our commitment to 2% for Conservation,
and how we give 1% of our time, along with another 1% of our income, to
fish and wildlife conservation.
