The enclosed nest offers a clean, dry, and critter-free zone for sleeping and storing sensitive gear—ideal for keeping sleeping bags, clothing, and optics protected from the elements. The uncovered half of the tipi functions as a functional "mud room" perfect for storing muddy boots, backpacks, firewood, or even a wood stove.
For hunting camps, this layout is invaluable. You can walk in and out without tracking dirt or debris into your sleeping quarters, and you can cook or run a stove in the open half while keeping your sleeping area clean and separate. This setup works equally well for basecamps where you need space for gear organization and group activities.

With a 4000mm hydrostatic head waterproof rating, this floor offers superior long-term water resistance and abrasion protection compared to lighter materials. Perfect Fit for Your 8-Person Tipi
Designed specifically for the 8-Person Tipi, the nest's stake-out loops align perfectly with the tipi's stake positions, and the peak ties directly to the center pole for a secure and intuitive setup. While two half nests could technically fit inside the same tipi, we do not recommend this as there would be no space to enter them.
This nest provides a full half-floor with 4-inch sidewalls and full netting reaching up to just below the peak of the tent. For added moisture protection and heat retention, you can also install a half liner in the same half as the nest.
